Through the lens of traditional Chinese medicine, I am able to approach you as a patient individually, assessing your unique energetic constitution, patterns and symptoms through the lens of a time-tested approach that allows for treatment of you as a whole person rather than solely focusing on/treating your symptoms. My goal as a practitioner is to understand the roots and the branches (manifestations) of how your system is currently presenting and work together to coach your body, mind and spirit into a more harmonious, integrated and dynamic balance.
On-site acupuncture sessions
Located in the North Asheville area, I offer by-appointment treatments based on sliding scale at this time to allow for more access to care! I am also able to create packages upon request, and also offer gift certificates (email me!). I've attached a handy guide below to help you decide where you might fall within the scale. You decide what you pay within that range.
Initial sessions are a little longer as we take time to assess your system fully and get you your first treatment (around 60-90 minutes) while follow-up visits require about 45-60 minutes for intake and treatment.

Mobile/outcall acupuncture sessions
I can come to your home or business to provide some excellent self-care! I am also able to do group sessions or events/retreats. Reach out for a quote.
Other tools we may work with include Gua-Sha (therapeutic scraping), cupping, moxibustion (burning mugwort), herbal medicines and supplements, lifestyle coaching and Chinese medicine nutritional counseling. Our consultation will help us determine which, if any of these tools we can use to support your unique needs in combination or in place of acupuncture. If you need or we decide together that you will benefit from massage/bodywork, that can be added on to our session as an additional cost.
